  • All product images on this site are a guide only. Due to the nature of our products, and the availability of certain flowers it is impossible to guarantee that the arrangement that you receive, will look identical to the image. While we do our best to replicate the images as closely as possible, we reserve the right to substitute flowers within the arrangement where necessary. We will however ensure that the overall look and feel of the arrangement remains the same, and that any substitutions are of an equivalent value and colour.
  • Any vases, chocolates, accessories or props in product images are for display purposes only, and are not included in the product price, unless specifically stated in the product description.
  • All products are advertised subject to availability. Due to the fresh nature of our products, supply issues can arise unexpectedly. In the event that we are unable to complete your order using similar substitutions, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative product, or arrange for a refund.
  • We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 5 days from the delivery/collection date booked. Should the delivery or collection date be re-arranged due to a failed delivery attempt, or non-collection, the original date will still be used for the freshness guarantee.
  • Any food items such as chocolates that are added to an order, may contain allergens. We don't include a full ingredient list on our website, as the exact products included change subject to availability. Should you need this information, please contact us before placing your order, and will will be able to give you the allergen information for the items we currently have in stock.
  • Some flowers may still be in bud form when they are delivered. This is normal, and is to give the arrangement the longest life possible.
  • Certain flowers can be harmful or poisonous to humans and animals. We would always recommend that any flowers should be kept out of reach of children and pets, that you wash your hands after handling them, and that any petals, foliage, pollen or sap that falls from them is cleaned up immediately. We cannot be held responsible for any illness or injury caused by failure to follow this guidance.


  • All of our prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
  • All flower prices shown include VAT, but exclude delivery costs, which are calculated at the checkout, dependant on the delivery postcode provided.


  • During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided are accurate and we will take no liability for failure to deliver goods due to incorrect details being provided.
  • We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and via Paypal.
  • By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.
  • Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe uses our products or service, directly or indirectly, for unlawful purposes, or to cause distress to any person.
  • Wedding flower orders are bespoke and have their own terms & conditions, which can be found on the Wedding Flower Page.


  • All of our flowers are hand delivered by a member of our team, within the areas stated on our Delivery Info Page. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses so please provide a full postcode and any instructions that will help the driver. Please also provide an email and/or daytime phone number for yourselves and a telephone number for the recipient, in case we encounter any issues when we try to deliver.
  • Same-day orders must be placed before 1pm, unless arranged over the phone and specifically agreed. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next working day.
  • We will attempt to deliver your flowers on the day requested when ordering. If the recipient is not in to receive the delivery, we will try and leave the flowers with a neighbour if they are happy to take responsibility for them, or failing that, in a suitable secure, dry place such as a porch, shed or garage. If you have any specific requests relating to a preferred safe place or neighbour to leave the delivery, please let us know in the order notes, or over the phone. If for any reason there is not a suitable place to leave the flowers and the recipient is not in to receive the delivery, it will be returned to us for collection or re-delivery.
  • A card will always be left through the door to advise the recipient of where the flowers have been left, or if we have been unable to deliver. If the recipient is unable to collect their flowers, re-delivery can be arranged, but may incur an additional delivery fee.
  • Please note that if a delivery attempt fails and the flowers have to be collected or delivered another day, while we will of course do our utmost to keep the flowers in the same condition that they started in, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of freshness than may occur.
  • For this reason, we would always recommend that you only choose the gift wrap option without a water bubble, if you are certain that someone will be home to receive the delivery.


  • Collection is available from our premises in Otterbourne, but is strictly by appointment only. If you wish to collect an order, you must call us on: 023 80274685, to arrange a suitable collection time, before placing your order.
  • If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order before the agreed collection time, we will attempt to contact you as far in advance as possible to re-arrange collection or refund the order.
  • If you are unable to collect your order at the pre-arranged time, we ask that you call us as soon as possible to let us know, and we will endeavour to re-schedule the collection for a time of your choice. However, as staff may be out making deliveries, collecting supplies or setting up weddings, we cannot guarantee that another suitable collection time will be available that day.
  • Due to the made to order and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to refund or replace any orders which you fail to collect at the pre-arranged time.


  • Standard Bouquets - Due to the speed in which our orders are processed, we can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the requested delivery / collection date. Card and online payments will incur a handling charge of 3% to cover our admin and processing fees.
  • Funeral Flowers & Bespoke Arrangements - Funeral flowers and bespoke arrangements can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the requested delivery / collection date. However, the cost of any bespoke / customised elements of the order that have already been purchased for the order, will still be payable and therefore deducted from your refund. Card and online payments will also incur a handling charge of 3% to cover our admin and processing fees.
  • Wedding Flowers
    • If a wedding package is cancelled for any reason after the initial deposit has been paid, no amounts paid by you will be refunded and all amounts invoiced by us will become payable within 7 days.

  • If you are owed a refund for one of our products, the refund will be processed via your original payment method, with 7 working days of the refund being agreed. If for any reason we are unable to issue the refund via the original payment method, we will contact you.
  • Because of the perishable nature of our products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
  • If you have a complaint relating to the quality of the product received, we will require a digital image to be sent to our email to assist with investigation of your complaint and to ensure a speedy resolution.
  • We will consider refunds on a case by case basis, although refunds will not be given as a matter of course. An investigation into the complaint will be conducted and you will be notified in writing or via telephone of the outcome.
  • Refunds will not be given for fresh goods that perish outside of 5 days following delivery - although the majority of our flowers will have a much longer shelf life than this; the lifespan of each piece will vary depending on the variety of flowers used. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that correct care is offered to each piece to ensure longevity. Please follow the instructions on the care card provided with the flower gift.

  • Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that thehampshireflorist.co.uk is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website or our online service, and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the website or service impossible or impractical.
  • We accept liability for death or personal injury, that has arisen from our negligence.
  • Our liability in contract, tort (including negligence & breach of statutory duty), or otherwise arising by reason of, or in connection with your order with us, shall be limited per claim, to 5x the price of the products that you purchased from us.
  • Subject to the above, we exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of, or in any way connected with your use or inability to access our website or service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, provided that nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions affects or will affect your or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the products supplied.
  • Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
  • The Hampshire Florist understands that it is under a legal duty to supply goods that are in accordance with the contract.
